* the collaboration of writing the first educational technology plan for a school district and revising as necessary for the following 14 years,

*the responsibility of writing a 3-year educational technology plan for a school district,

* serving as a reviewer of district educational technology plans for the State of Alaska Department of Education,

* co-facilitating a Technology Planning Workshop for the Alaska Department of Education,

* and instructing a graduate course in Planning for Educational Technology
